Christmas spirit.
I have thought several times about painting something related to Christmas. Said and done, I have painted windows before so I was inspired to create a window in a log cabin where the window is decorated outside with beautiful snowflakes. On the right, two small Santas are eagerly waiting for the real Santa Claus to look in through the window, knock on the door and say in a deep voice “Merry Christmas” A lantern illuminates the timbered cabin and spreads a pleasant light inside the heat.
It´s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
I wanted to create the feeling of Christmas spirit that you used to feel when you were little and Christmas was approaching slowly but surely. At that time the month of December, while nowadays you barely have time to blink, then its Christmas again. Speaking of tradition, BrittasArt has its own annual tradition, our wall calendar that soon will leave the printer. Don’t forget to email or message me if you want to order one or a few. It is an appreciated Christmas present for a loved one, which easily can be sent. Back to the Christmas painting, please write a comment if you want. You can find the painting in the gallery in the Window category.
