A tradition that I have manged to keep alive for 8 years is my annual published calendar with 12 of my artworks. Thanks to positive response and encouraging messages from my followers I have realized that it is an appreciated tradition. For me, it is a great honor that my paintings are to be seen worldwide, on somebody´s wall from north to south, from east to west. For each year the calendar is more widely spread and every time we send to a new country I find it very inspiring.
New year – new opportunities.
A new feature is included in the 2019 edition, my very own QR code. You can find it on every calendar sheet, scan it and you will enter my website without typing. If you look closely you will see a tree in the middle of the code, perfect don´t you think, as trees are a common theme in my art. Among the painting in this year´s calendar you will find paintings created last year but also some from previous years to get some variation to my common Nordic landscapes. For example, some palm trees from Malaysia and a zebra painting I created on request. It happens from time to time that I am being contacted by someone who wants to have his/hers favourite scenery on a canvas. If I like the project and the client let me make my own interpretation I use to like such a challenge.
